Global Travel Pack Ltd. was set up in May 2008 and the website was launched soon after. Our company aims to provide an information service to people planning on travelling to different countries. We aim to provide this in the form of users blogs, written by people who have actually visited the country and experienced the culture and events first hand. We also aim to provide friends and families of users of our site a service allowing them to follow their travels using an RSS feed, so they can constantly log in and read blogs and share in their experiences.
The site is currently under construction and will more than likely be under constant development for the foreseeable future. We aim to provide as much help and advice as possible and so we will continually be trying to improve this service and make it possible for people to travel as easily and as safely as possible.
Currently we’re only a small team but have burning ambitions to make this site an essential reference for all travellers. We are all avid travellers ourselves and believe that everyone should do some extensive travelling at some stage in their lives. Tim has recently graduated from Bath University in Maths, and is to return next year to start a joint PhD with Fraser University, Vancouver. Chris recently graduated from Bath University with a Bsc(hons) degree in Mathematics. He is now working full time on this website before embarking on some extensive travel. Chris is a proud Welshman and loves rugby.
